Just off the Interstate 30 in brookhollow Tower Two, this quaint French restaurant has a spectacular view of Six Flags over Texas, the Dallas Cowboys football stadium and the Texas Rangers baseball stadium. Food here is great with sautéed escargots topped with grapes and pecons in a herb butter sauce, ostrich grilled steak and the infamous hazelnut soufflé.
